Jeremy Paxton is hiring remote agents in 49 states. On Tuesday, November 17 he picks the team live on Zoom.
Free to apply. Takes 60 seconds. No obligation.
Independent, commission-only role. $100K+ a year is what top agents on the team can reach, not a guaranteed income: results depend on your work, licensing and hours.
You don't have a work-ethic problem. You have a ceiling problem.
A 15-minute "quick sync" with HR. By lunch, half the company is gone. Last in, first out.
You did nothing wrong. You were a line in their budget.
You've dialed the same 40 numbers twice. Your upline hasn't answered your text since Monday.
No leads, no support, no paycheck. Talent was never the issue.
An ad: a rented sports car, a gold watch, "DM me INCOME." You almost did.
Flash recruits a crowd. It never builds a career.
Another side hustle won't fix it: it adds hours, not ownership. You need three things at once.
Built on what you can invest each week, so your daily numbers are clear from day one.
Learn on aged leads at about $5 each, then fresh leads and TV calls at cost. No ads to run.
Jeremy looks past the script to what drives you, then doubles down on it.
Yes, X-ray. He'll spot your excuse before you finish saying it.
Not theory. Get selected and you get all three in week one.
Jeremy's goal for every agent on his team: $100K a year, minimum. Then the best ones build teams of their own. The bar is high on purpose. Here's who he's looking for.
You've sold cars, solar, gym memberships, anything. You're good on the phone, and someone else keeps the upside.
Stable, done with the corporate ladder, and ready to be useful again. With a team behind you, not alone.
Early 20s, skipped the $80,000 college bet, low expenses, hungry for a real career.
Your upline vanished and your leads dried up. You know the job. You need the system.
What they all have in common: they show up, take coaching, and dial without a pep talk.
$100K is Jeremy's target for his agents, not a promise: income depends on effort and lead investment, and new agents usually earn less at first.
No rented cars here. Just leaderboards.
These are specific results of named agents, not typical results. "AP" is the annual premium a client pays, not the agent's income. This is a commission-only, self-employed opportunity: you pay for your own license course and leads, and many new agents earn little or nothing at first. Nothing on this page is a promise of income. The TPG agent community counts 1,200+ people.
No interviews behind closed doors. About 100 candidates, one call, the same rules for everyone.
His story, how the work and the lead system run, and who he's hiring. Real numbers, no hype.
Camera on, the same 2 questions for all. Talking to people is the job, so this is the test.
You name the 5 to 10 best people you saw. People who spot talent usually have it, so voters count too.
Free, on Zoom. Tuesday, November 17 at 8:00 PM ET (5:00 PM PT). About 2 hours.
Applying is free. No credit card, no course to buy. The Zoom room holds 100.
If this list scared you off, good. It just saved us both two hours.
Still here? Then you're exactly who Jeremy wants to hire.
Jeremy Paxton, TPG agent and team leader, founder of The Pax Life.
In insurance since 2018, full-time since 2022: about $110,000 in commissions in each of his first two full-time years.
College, then a corporate job. About a year in, the company cut half its staff: last in, first out. He flipped iPhones on eBay, then grew a YouTube channel with his wife past six figures.
Today he sells by phone and Zoom from home. His coaching isn't "say this, make 100 calls": he finds what drives you and pours into it. Griffin Henderson and Ben Angee coach beside him.
His goal: get as many people as possible out of "30 years of working for the man," and give back, starting with kids growing up without a father.
"I'm tired of relying on other people to provide me a paycheck."
Jeremy Paxton, the day he was laid off
At TPG any agent can recruit, train and lead a team, and earn overrides on that team's production. It's how Jeremy grows under Griffin, and how you'd grow under Jeremy.
Jeremy chose an olive wreath: "pax" is Latin for peace. His first goal is 4 to 5 leaders.
Overrides depend on your TPG contract and your team's production.

License if needed, contracting, aged leads, then your personal game plan.
Founded in 2018 by David Price, TPG is a remote-first life insurance agency and IMO working with agents in all 50 states. The Pax Life is Jeremy's team inside it.
"I built The Price Group to be what I wish existed when I started."
David Price, founder and CEO
Carriers TPG works with include American Amicable, Corebridge (AIG), Aflac, Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, Aetna (CVS Health), Trinity Life, F&G, National Life Group, Royal Neighbors of America, SBLI and Americo. Figures as published by TPG.
Jeremy is hiring, but not employees: you'd be a self-employed agent contracted with TPG and paid on commission. There's no salary.
No. Licensed agents go first, but newly licensed and unlicensed people are welcome. The licensing course is $40 and usually takes about a week.
The $40 licensing course, then leads: aged leads are about $5 each, and the lead portal starts at $250 a week. Plus a phone and a computer.
It depends on the carrier. With many carriers you receive an advance of 9 months of commission after the client's first payment, usually within about a week. Months 10 to 12 are paid if the policy stays in force.
Yes. At TPG agents can recruit and lead their own team and earn overrides on its production, per their contract. Jeremy's first goal is 4 to 5 leaders who do exactly that.
Full-time at the start. Part-time can be possible later, case by case.
TPG has no contracts in New York. If you're licensed in other states and sell outside New York, you can still join.
Yes. Talking to people is the job, and your minute on camera is how the room gets to know you.
One live selection. About 2 hours. Free. The Zoom room holds 100.
Miss this one and the next selection is 3 weeks away.
